Pastor Rick is passionate about helping people discover and develop their purpose in Christ. Holding multiple degrees as a graduate of Liberty University and Liberty Theological Seminary, and vibrant ministry experience from churches ranging in size from several hundred to several thousand, he’s now focused his energy on starting a new very personable work with likeminded believers.

Gina is a wife, mother, and compassionate nurturer of people. She is a Seminole State College graduate and attended the University of Central Florida, where she majored in Communications. She is also uniquely gifted in assisting people with finding God's best for their lives. Gina currently serves as Lead of Women's Ministries and is on the Speaking Team at HopeCity Church.

Michael Davis Jr. has a heart for ministry and most of all seeing the Kingdom of God expanded. Over the years, he has served in multiple ministries, contributing his gifts and talents. Michael is currently pursuing his degree in Business Management for his degree at Oral Roberts University. He is committed to seeing people experience God's perfect will in their lives.

Lauren is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Elementary Administrative Leadership. She currently teaches at Liberty Academy in Tavares, FL. As a recent Miss Central Florida, Lauren represented our area in the Miss Florida pageant, where she sharpened her singing and public speaking skills. She now mentors young ladies for Christ, performs missional outreach, and combats human and child sex trafficking.

Frank has been involved in multiple church startups. His vision is to reach people where they are and help them become faithful followers of Christ. Over the last 45 years, he has held multiple positions of leadership in churches with congregations in the thousands to less than 100, and he understands the commitment, energy, and work is takes to grow a church. Frank brings just that energy and excitement to his role as Business Manager at HopeCity Church.
